A new report in a prestigious medical journal focused on 29 studies that studied the effects of and the risk of high blood pressure. The authors concluded that "job strain" was linked to a range of health problems including high blood pressure. Our advice is to get off the treadmill of life and make time to "smell the roses." It is never to late to change your lifestyle and improve your health.
