Eat Fast Or Eat Slow Does It Really Matter?

The answer is a resounding yes. Slow down. In this society we drive fast and we tend to eat fast. A recent Japanese study evaluated eating speed. Compared to fast eaters slow eaters were 42% less likely to be overweight. Furthermore those who decreased their eating speed lost weight.

 

This is a brilliant study. It demonstrates how making a simple lifestyle change can have a profound effect on your well being.
