Almost 80% of adults in the U.S. do not get enough exercise for optimal health. We did not make up these figures. They are the result of an extensive government study. The investigators also estimated that this lack of physical activity accounts for about $117 billion a year in health care costs and 10% of all premature deaths.
If you are one of the 80% you need to start moving your body. Even a little bit of daily physical activity can and will pay off. It is not necessary to into high intensity workouts. Not at all.
